Privacy policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains what Morgan Faul Enviro Services, LLC, trading as Morgan & Faul Environmental Services (“we”, “us”), collects through morganfaul.com and what we do with it. The site describes our field services, takes messages through its contact form, and has a private login for the company’s owners.
What we collect
- When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, phone number and the service you are interested in. We keep what you send.
- When you visit. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site. The public pages set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Business contacts from public sources. To find subcontracting work, we review public sources such as solicitations, contract award notices and company websites. When one of those pages names a person in a relevant role, we may record their name, role, business contact details and the page they came from, so we can get in touch about the work. We record only what the page itself published.
How we use it
- To answer your message, quote and plan work, and keep a record of the conversation.
- To contact businesses about subcontracting opportunities. Every email we send about a project comes from the owners and says how to ask us to stop. If you reply asking, we won’t write again.
- To run and secure the site.
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. There is no mailing list.
Who else handles it
We use a few service providers to run the site and our lead tracking. They handle information on our behalf and for no other purpose:
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Supabase stores contact-form messages and our lead records.
- Resend delivers the site’s email, including alerts to the owners and our outreach.
- Twilio may deliver text-message alerts about new messages to the owners.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may check contact-form submissions for spam, which involves your IP address and technical details about your browser.
- Anthropic’s Claude models help us read public web pages about opportunities and draft emails and LinkedIn posts. Contact-form messages are not sent to them.
Quobo Labs, the firm that builds and maintains the site for us, can access this information to operate it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We may connect the company’s LinkedIn page to the site so the owners can publish posts. While it is connected, we store the access tokens LinkedIn issues, the name and LinkedIn ID of the person who connected it, and the pages they manage, and use them only to publish posts the owners approve. We don’t collect information about people who view or interact with our posts.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and business contact records for as long as they are useful to the working relationship, and delete them sooner if you ask. Our hosting provider keeps request logs for a limited period.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing either owner below. We’ll act on the request and confirm when it is done.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections and is stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited to the company’s owners and to Quobo Labs. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep access to the people who need it.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
